Our Nature Adventure Begins!
We're thrilled to announce the official launch of PocKit Robot: Nature Adventures!
After months of creative collaboration, outdoor filming, and lots of tiny alien mischief, our full PocKit Robot video series has landed — and it'll soon be live for the world to explore!
Our joyful collection of four kids TV episodes — Sparkling Stream, Hello Hello Hedgerow, A Trip up a Tree, and Fascinating Fungus — follows the curious PocKit Robot (two little aliens disguised as a toy robot!) and their Earth guide Kasey, as they explore the natural world from a fresh perspective. Designed for children aged 3–7 (but enjoyed by grown-ups too), each episode celebrates the wonder of nature and encourages families to open their minds, appreciate and get outdoors. We are nature after all.
But that's not all...
Alongside the series, we're launching a brand-new discovery trail at Seaton Wetlands in collaboration with East Devon’s beloved nature reserve. With a guide that will be viewable/downloadable on pockit.life or available to pick up at the Wetlands car park, families can follow a gentle loop past wetlands landmarks — like the Sand Martin Cliff, Island Hide and Reed Base — meeting PocKit Robot at every stop with fun, nature-connection-based activities. Think pond-dipping, bird-spotting, wildflower appreciating and more.
This trail complements our growing PocKit Robot universe, which now includes:
• Our first children’s book, PocKit Robot: The Stream – A Nature Adventure
• Four nature-filled video episodes (now live on www.pockit.life)
• A growing network of partners passionate about helping families connect with the outdoors
Why we made this
We believe young children are all natural scientists and philosophers. They notice things. They wonder. PocKit Robot was created to encourage more of that — to give kids and their grown-ups a playful excuse to fall in love with nature, again and again. In a time when screens dominate and ecosystems are under threat, these gentle adventures offer a little PocKit of joy, curiosity and reconnection.
Thank you
To everyone who supported, advised, lent a hand or a location, shared an idea or encouraged us — thank you. And to the incredible team at the Blackdown Hills National Landscape, Seaton Wetlands, Rivers Run Through Us and Friends of the River Axe: you’ve helped something beautiful grow.
